The one-year master program is designed to provide you with advanced training and skills for the management of individuals with malocclusion, dentofacial deformities, cleft lip and palate, and craniofacial anomalies requiring complex multidisciplinary care.
In addition to a weekly craniofacial / cleft conference with other specialists, you will take part in routine interdisciplinary treatment planning and treatment.
You will initiate and complete at least one clinical research project, supervised by craniofacial orthodontic and plastic surgery faculty members. The focus of the research includes dental and craniofacial imaging, biomechanics and tissue engineering.

- Applicants should be qualified surgeons or orthodontists who have completed residency training for at least two years and should be granted with either clinical fellowship or basic research fellowship by the Division of Craniofacial Surgery or Craniofacial Orthodontics of Chang Gung Memorial Hospital.
- Additional application materials:
Certificate issued by your formal employer (e.g. hospital), which needs to address the length of time (at least one year) in practicing medicine, the issued date shall be later than February 1st of the academic year.
